The staff were both excellent and affable. The rooms were new-fashioned, with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television, comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent with a bathtub.

Had bright and clean standard queen room with 2 treatment beds and wake-up service was available in it.

Bright rooms with a balcony and aircon, as example, lovely pool area. Outstanding and excellent meals. Location close enough to all the important monuments and the center of town and where the chef pulls out tasty.

Had a refreshing swim in both the outdoor and indoor pool, followed by a relaxing sauna session. The beautiful garden added a touch of luxury to my stay. But the best part was devouring the delicious buffet breakfast!

Oh, and who wouldn't love waking up to the sound of employees working right outside their room in the morning?

We had a good time during our city trip and appreciated the free parking spots that were available during the night. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful views from our room.

The room was quite small and lacked a desk, making it difficult to work on our laptops. The swimming pool was also very small and not suitable for swimming.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance to major sights, making it a great choice for tourists. Guests can enjoy beautifully decorated, newly remodeled rooms with stunning views of the city. The breakfast is amazing and delicious while service is accommodating and excellent, with friendly and polite staff always willing to help. Some of the many facilities include a bar, swimming pool, spa, and top-notch restaurant.

We had a great city trip and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the central location and easy access to all of the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we were impressed by the friendly and attentive service from the staff.

We were disappointed that the spa facilities were not as extensive as we had hoped. there were not many extra facilities outside of the room, which made it difficult to do any work or relax in a comfortable, social space.

During my stay, I found the hotel facilities to be impressive, especially the pool and spa on the top floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the city centre, which made exploring the important monuments easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was delicious.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented. Special shoutouts to Mr. Nuno at the front desk, Mr. José in the restaurant, the kind ladies in room service, and Mrs. Inés, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The restaurant had a fantastic menu, delicious cuisine, and excellent service. We were upgraded to a suite with a stunning view of the city and the "Santuário de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios" - one of the main attractions. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore everything. The swimming pool may not be huge, but it was perfect for our 6-year-old.

Felt almost like home - no complaints at all.
